Stage to Move Services
The services we provide allow a Seller to choose at which level they would like to get involved. We can do as much, or as little, of the work as you, or your budget, would like.
Professional Staging Consultation
A Professional Staging Consultation begins with a walk-thru of each room of your home as well as the outdoor grounds. With your permission we will take photos. Off site, a final report will be prepared detailing all the recommendations we have to improve your home. A “top-ten” list of priority items will be included as well. Your consultant will present the document and review all recommendations. The Seller is responsible for completing the tasks they choose. Once completed a home will look picked-up, packed-up, cleaned up and have the right amount of furniture and accessories in every room. When completed your consultant will return for any last questions or help you may need. The fee for a Staging Consultation is $350for up to 3 hours and $100/hour additionally.
Bid Preparation
Don’t have time to do all the work? Will you be leaving town? Too stressed to deal with all of the details?
We are available to provide a free bid for the complete Staging of your home. This process is similar to the Staging Consultation but allows “Stage to Move’ to do all the
work. We will provide a staging fee which includes; staging time, a list of each room to be staged, complimentary travel time, load and unload, de-staging and the number of
assistants needed. You can count on our attention to detail and professional pride in our job to make your home look like a showcase!
Hourly
We are available on an hourly basis to:
- Help coordinate vendors (painters, landscapers, cleaners, handymen, furniture delivery, etc.)
- Personal Shopping-Sometimes, after a home is staged, there are a few accessories or items that are needed to finish off the look. In some instances, our company can rent you those items. If personal shopping is required to get those items we are available for those needs as well.
As a value-added service we are happy to provide recommendations for local services such as painters, handymen, etc. We will also pass on our designer and association discounts to help make your project as profitable as possible for you.
Additional Services
Special Event Staging- Are you having an event in your home or office and need to give the house/room a quick “face-lift”?. Our consultants are available to take the stress out
of the details and help arrange the room(s) so that it is party ready and fabulous!!
Stage to Live- Often our clients will tell us they love the way their home looks after it has been Staged and want us to come help them place their furniture and accessories in
their new home. Our consultants are available on an hourly basis to help you coordinate this process and make your new home a showpiece from the get-go. Realtors, a gift certificate
for this service, or any of our services, makes a great “welcome home” gift for your clients.
